Meet Our Team
Dongmei Wang – Director
Dongmei Wang has worked in geriatric wards and emergency departments in Australian public hospitals for 20 years. She holds professional registration as both registered nurse and medical practitioner in Australia.
Previously, she worked in an Australian aged care facility as an After-Hours Supervisor for nearly five years.
She has provides leadership for the service line/division, ensuring its strategic and financial growth and positioning the organization as a professional leader among employees, physicians, and the community. She also develops and supports integrated business development plans to ensure that service volume targets and referral goals are met.
Ursula – General Manager
Ursula boasts over ten years of experience as a mental health Registered Nurse, in areas of child and adult inpatient care, community mental health crisis stabilization, and substance abuse treatment. She holds a Bachelor of Nursing from UTS and a Master of Mental Health Nursing from the University of Sydney, along with a diploma in Drug and Alcohol Nursing from the Australian Nursing College.
All whilst working in hospitals around Northern Sydney area. Beyond her professional contributions, Ursula's passion for community wellness is evident. She's been a consistent volunteer for Meals on Wheels and is passionate about playing the piano, dancing and figure skating.
Overall, her professional experience and personal interests converge in her fundamental belief of offering quality support which places the client first having seen the intersection between her clinical background and support for patients.
Yuki – General Manager (Aged Care & Funding)
Yuki is a dedicated aged care funding manager who has registered nurse background and extensive experience working in residential aged care facilities.
With many years of hands-on experience in nursing homes, she has developed a deep understanding of high-quality elder care, aged care funding models, and staff and client education.
Yuki brings strong expertise in aged care funding processes as well as education and training, ensuring both residents and care teams receive the support they need.

Alex – Operational Manager
Alex is a dedicated Registered Nurse with a passion for providing the highest quality care to his clients.
With a Bachelor of Nursing degree under his belt and over a decade of experience in a renowned private hospital, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the health care field.
